## About this notice

VIEOX Private Limited operates vieox.com as a public information website. This notice explains what happens when you read the site or choose to contact us.

## No website visitor analytics

We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, visitor-behaviour monitoring, tracking cookies or third-party marketing scripts on this website. We do not collect browsing history, record your journeys through the site or build marketing profiles of visitors.

## Site delivery and operational security

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, necessarily handles technical requests, such as IP addresses, requested URLs and browser information, to serve pages, prevent abuse and maintain network security. Technical delivery and security logs may be retained under the hosting provider’s applicable policies. We do not present these logs as visitor marketing analytics. Automatic Cloudflare Web Analytics injection must remain disabled to match this policy.

## Your appearance preference

The website follows your device appearance setting unless you choose Light or Dark. This preference may be stored in your browser for convenience and is not transmitted to VIEOX. You can return to System appearance at any time.

## Insights search and navigation

Insights searching and filtering take place in your browser. Filter selections can appear in the page address so that you may share or revisit a view. No search history is uploaded to VIEOX. Avoid entering private information into public search fields or URLs.

## Say Hello form and email correspondence

When you submit the Say Hello form, your name, email, optional organisation and phone number, urgency choice and message are sent to VIEOX through our Cloudflare Worker and stored in Cloudflare D1. VIEOX uses these details to respond and explore your enquiry. A receipt confirmation means the enquiry has been stored; it does not promise immediate email delivery or a response time. Do not send credentials or confidential industrial information without prior agreement.

## Security verification and notification delivery

Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions for abuse and processes technical browser and connection information for that purpose. The form sends a verification token and a submission identifier with your enquiry. Resend processes enquiry details to deliver a notification to hello@vieox.com, which is handled through our Google Workspace email service. If you email us directly instead, your email provider’s normal delivery process applies. These services support security and correspondence, not visitor marketing profiles.
